Rice Insurance Services Company, LLC (RISC) administers and Errors and Omissions insurance policies for licensed real estate professionals in 13 of the 14 mandated states. Per our contract with each state, we are required to mail all of the licensees their renewal notices via first class mail. With this being said, we average mailing out 250,000 renewal notices. This does not include their coverage documents that are to be sent to just under 100,000 licensees.
